We publish AI-generated clips on social channels we operate. If one of them infringes your rights, tell us here and we will act on it. This page is our notice-and-takedown procedure.
1. What you can report
- A clip that copies or is derived from a work you own (copyright), or uses your trademark, logo or characters.
- A clip that shows your likeness, voice, name or private information without your consent.
- Anything else you believe is unlawful or breaches our Terms.
2. What to include
- The link to the clip: the kinomuse.com/go/… link from the caption, or the platform URL (YouTube, Instagram, Facebook).
- What right you hold and how the clip infringes it. For copyright, identify the original work.
- Your name and an e-mail address we can reply to.
- A statement that the information is accurate and that you are the rights holder or authorised to act for them.
A notice without these elements cannot be processed; we will write back and ask for what is missing.
3. What happens next
- Your notice is recorded the moment you send it and our editors are notified.
- We make a first assessment within 2 business days. If the claim is well-founded, the clip is removed from our channel and the creator who submitted it is informed. If not, we tell you why.
- Decisions are sent by e-mail from support@kinomuse.com.
4. Counter-notice
A creator whose clip was removed may object. We forward the objection to the reporter and the original notice to the creator, and decide whether the clip is restored. Neither party's personal details are shared beyond what is necessary.
5. Repeat infringers
Creators whose clips are repeatedly removed for infringement lose access to publishing and may have their account closed under section 6 of the Terms of Service.
6. Platform tools
You can always use the platform's own reporting tools as well (for example YouTube's copyright complaint form). Notices that reach us that way are handled with the same procedure.
