Terms of Service

- kinomuse convierte tu texto en un vídeo corto con modelos de IA de terceros; para generar necesitas una cuenta y créditos prepagados.
- Los créditos no tienen valor en efectivo ni se pueden transferir; una generación fallida se reembolsa por completo; los créditos no caducan mientras tu cuenta esté activa.
- Eres responsable de tus prompts: nada de personas reales, marcas, logotipos, personajes ni contenido sexual. El filtrado automático puede rechazar un prompt sin cobrar.
- Los vídeos que generas y conservas son tuyos, sujetos a la licencia del proveedor del modelo. Los que monetizas se rigen además por el Creator Agreement.
- Todo vídeo es sintético y se etiqueta como generado por IA al publicarse.
- No hay ingresos garantizados: publicación, ingresos e importes dependen de plataformas de terceros.
- El abuso (scraping, saltarse la moderación, revender créditos) puede suspender la cuenta.
- Nuestra responsabilidad se limita a lo que nos pagaste en los últimos doce meses. Los cambios se anuncian en la app y por correo.
1. The service
kinomuse ("we", "us") lets you generate short videos from text prompts using third-party AI models, download them, and optionally submit them for publication on social media channels we operate. Access requires an account and, for generation, prepaid credits.
2. Credits
Credits are a prepaid, non-transferable licence to use the generation feature. They have no cash value, cannot be withdrawn, and are consumed when a generation is created. A generation that fails is refunded in full to your credit balance. Credits do not expire while your account is active.
3. Your content
You are responsible for the prompts you submit. You must not request content that depicts real, identifiable people, uses third-party trademarks, logos or characters, is sexual, or otherwise violates our content policy. We screen prompts automatically and may refuse a generation without charge.
Videos you generate and keep are yours to use, subject to the licence terms of the underlying model provider, which we surface on each model's page. Videos you submit for monetization are additionally governed by the Creator Agreement.
4. AI-generated content
All videos are synthetic. Where we publish them we label them as AI-generated as required by the platforms and applicable law (including EU AI Act Article 50). Outputs may contain invisible provenance marks (e.g. SynthID) applied by the model provider that cannot be removed.
5. No guarantee of income
Revenue sharing depends on third-party platform programs, their eligibility rules and actual earnings, none of which we control. We make no promise that any submitted video will be published, will earn revenue, or will earn any particular amount.
6. Acceptable use
No automated scraping, no attempts to bypass moderation, no reselling of credits, no use that harms the service or other users. We may suspend accounts that breach these terms.
7. Liability
The service is provided as-is. To the extent permitted by law we exclude warranties and limit our liability to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
8. Changes
We may update these terms; material changes are announced in the app and by email. Continued use after the effective date is acceptance.
