Creator Agreement
This agreement applies when you choose "Monetize it" for a video. It sits on top of the Terms of Service.
1. Licence
You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to publish, edit for format (cropping, captions, labels), and promote the submitted video on social media channels we operate, for as long as the video is live. You keep every other right in the video. You may withdraw a submission at any time before it is published; after publication, contact support and we will remove it within 14 days.
2. Curation
Submission does not guarantee publication. Our editors decide which videos are published, on which channel, when, and with which caption. Rejected submissions are returned to "kept" and you may still download them.
3. Revenue share
Each month, for each published video, we record the revenue actually attributed to that video by the platform's monetization program and analytics (for example YouTube's per-video estimated revenue). Your share is the published creator share (currently 70%) of that video's revenue. Rounding remainders stay with us. A video that earned nothing in a month pays nothing. Platforms report revenue with a delay and may revise it; we settle on the figure available at month end and correct later months if a platform corrects its report.
4. Payouts
Your accumulated share is shown in the app. You may request a payout once it reaches the published threshold (currently $50). Payouts are made by the methods listed in the app; we may require identity verification and tax information before paying. Payout costs charged by the payment rail are deducted.
5. Your warranties
You confirm that your prompt did not target a real person, brand or protected work, that you have the right to grant this licence, and that you will not re-upload the same video to competing channels in a way that gets our channels flagged for duplication.
6. Labels and provenance
Every published video carries an AI-generated label and may carry provider provenance marks. You agree to this labelling.
7. Term
Either side may end this agreement for future submissions at any time. Earned but unpaid shares remain payable under section 4.
