Privacy Policy

What we collect

• Account data: email, display name, sign-in provider id, chosen language and country.
• Prompts and outputs: the text you submit, any AI-enhanced version of it, and the generated videos.
• Transactions: credit purchases (processed by our merchant of record, Polar), the credit ledger, earnings and payout requests, including the payout details you provide.
• Technical data: IP address, user agent, error reports (Sentry) and aggregate analytics (Vercel Analytics).

Who processes your prompts

Prompts are sent to the AI model provider you select (via fal.ai and, as a fallback, Replicate) to produce the video, and to Google Gemini for content-policy screening and optional prompt enhancement. Some model providers (notably Runway and Kling) state in their terms that they may use inputs and outputs to improve their models. We show the provider on each model page so you can choose accordingly.

Where your videos live

Generated videos are copied from the provider to our storage (Cloudflare R2, EU) and served from there. Thumbnails and account data are stored in Supabase (EU, Frankfurt).

Publishing

If you submit a video for monetization it may be published on social media accounts we operate. We never publish your name, email or account details alongside it.

Your rights

You can export or delete your account data from Settings. Deleting your account removes your profile, generations and stored videos; ledger and transaction records are retained as required by tax law. EU/UK users may also contact us to exercise GDPR rights.

We use strictly necessary cookies for sign-in and your language choice. Analytics is cookieless.
