Terms of Service

1. The service

kinomuse ("we", "us") lets you generate short videos from text prompts using third-party AI models, download them, and optionally submit them for publication on social media channels we operate. Access requires an account and, for generation, prepaid credits.

2. Credits

Credits are a prepaid, non-transferable licence to use the generation feature. They have no cash value, cannot be withdrawn, and are consumed when a generation is created. A generation that fails is refunded in full to your credit balance. Credits do not expire while your account is active.

3. Your content

You are responsible for the prompts you submit. You must not request content that depicts real, identifiable people, uses third-party trademarks, logos or characters, is sexual, or otherwise violates our content policy. We screen prompts automatically and may refuse a generation without charge.

Videos you generate and keep are yours to use, subject to the licence terms of the underlying model provider, which we surface on each model's page. Videos you submit for monetization are additionally governed by the Creator Agreement.

4. AI-generated content

All videos are synthetic. Where we publish them we label them as AI-generated as required by the platforms and applicable law (including EU AI Act Article 50). Outputs may contain invisible provenance marks (e.g. SynthID) applied by the model provider that cannot be removed.

5. No guarantee of income

Revenue sharing depends on third-party platform programs, their eligibility rules and actual earnings, none of which we control. We make no promise that any submitted video will be published, will earn revenue, or will earn any particular amount.

6. Acceptable use

No automated scraping, no attempts to bypass moderation, no reselling of credits, no use that harms the service or other users. We may suspend accounts that breach these terms.

7. Liability

The service is provided as-is. To the extent permitted by law we exclude warranties and limit our liability to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

8. Changes

We may update these terms; material changes are announced in the app and by email. Continued use after the effective date is acceptance.
